Teen Yoga and Mentoring          

I teach teens in honor of the mentors that influenced me and helped me to keep my mind open, and to keep learning and seeking truth. They honored who I was at the time and who I would become

The teen years are a time of transition in need of much support, by the community as well the family. It’s important that you have adults to relate to outside of the family. Yoga helps facilitate time spent focusing inward for contemplation of self as well as the physical and physiological changes in the body.

Our class is a space for you to be yourself and to discover your strength. I honor you as equals.

No experience with yoga is necessary. Ages between 12-19, for younger students please contact me at cathy@cathybreshears.com.

Classes are held at Kirkland’s Teen Union Building.
