Another facet of your body awareness is being conscious of what you eat. As you begin to follow your path of healing to wholeness you will become cognizant of which diet-style is best suited to your needs, at the time. This is invariably due to the many different ways we follow our daily walks through life and will change many times in a process of self-discovery.
I have explored many different ways of changing my diet throughout my life. I began to question and explore new ways of eating when my Mother gave me a copy of Fit for Life by Harvey Diamond. Ultimately I have found that the Low Fat Raw Vegan diet is ideal for me.
Whatever path you may choose to take, I can assist you in finding new ways of looking at food and diet to improve and enhance your health with care and compassion. Rather than defining a regimen of what you may or may not eat, I will help you look at food in a new way so as to inform your choices in the manner that suits you best.
