How much better will you take care of your body when you realize it is you?
Your body is the physical manifestation of who you are. What does your body have to tell you? How can you learn to speak Body's language? There are many ways to listen in to heal the body.
Whether you start from healing the mind or from the emotions, from food or from energy, from yoga or exercise, whether you start from sleep and sunshine, from dance and song, from massage and touch, there are many ways to come into Body, into health and joy... and all of this is your birthright here on Earth.
My focus is on honoring the body and the emotions in myself, and bringing my mind and spirit into balance in the heart. The more I learn, the more I love to teach. As I strengthen the loving, supportive inner parent in me, I am happy to help you strengthen yours. In the words of the loving inner parent and guide, "How may I help?"
